I have to say Launchy is one very cool program. Once you start to use it for a while you'll find you can't live without it! This little thing automatically indexes the programs in your start menu and any other place you specify and all you have to do is press Alt + Space (or what ever key combo you decide) to open it and type the name of the item and it knows what you want without you ever finish typing.It can also be used to create quick internet searches and perform basic math problems.

Launchy comes with some nice default skins, but you can probably find some other skins you might like better on either their site, or on deviantART.
